After School Care in Manhattan, New York

Dear Parents,

We would like to welcome you and your child to Renanim Preschool. At Renanim Manhattan, we are committed to building a strong educational foundation for your child.

Tuition and the other fees for the entire school year will be payable in 10 equal installments, due by the 5th day of each month. Therefore, all of your payments to Renanim Manhattan for the year will be finished by the month of June. There is a locked box in the director’s office where you can leave your checks. Please make sure each check is labeled with your child’s name.

We are enclosing our fee schedule, a Parent Enrollment Agreement, the School Rules and Regulations, and a calendar for the school year.

If you have not already paid your $85 non-refundable registration fee and the $1200 non-refundable deposit, we must receive them as soon as possible. We cannot continue to hold a space for your child if we have not received these payments. The $1,200 deposit will be applied to your last tuition installment.

Be sure to submit the following items to the school before the first day of school. You are most welcome to stop by, meet your child’s teachers, and leave these items with them.

1. Your child’s completed medical form (by law, no child can attend school without it).
2. Your signed Parent Agreement contract.
3. Tuition payments for the year. Since you are prepaying your yearly fees in 10 installments, we must have your signed post-dated check for each installment. We will send you a receipt each time we deposit your check. Please include your child’s name on each check so that we can properly credit your account.
4. An extra set of clothing including socks, underwear, a shirt, and pants. If an infant is being enrolled, please include the diapers, wipes, and rash cream. Please label the Ziploc bag that contains items with your child’s name on it. We cannot be responsible for your child’s personal belongings if you have not labeled them.
5. One (crib-sized) sheet and a light blanket labeled with your child’s name for rest time if your child is staying for a full or extended day. Please send this in a large bag with your child’s name on it as well.
